I have heard all the hype of weight loss teas so I figured I would give this a try. The directions are very simple

So I set the timer on my clock and let it brew. The packaging is nice does have a nice zip lock feature to keep tea fresh. The smell was a bit overpowering when I opened the package... it stunk bad... strong licorice smell in a way. Contains 30 individual tea bags. Once the tea starts to brew the smell is not bad.. kind of like a berry smell in a way and it is not a dark tea like I expected.
Taste is not bad at all .. it is like. Berry kinda taste. I did not add any sugar or sweetener or anything to it just tea and water. I am quite happy with the taste, this is a body cleansing tea. States it is all herbal tea. Helps loose excess weight, reduce allergy,reduce stress and loss of energy, normalize blood pressure and get rid of Excess Water in the body. It helps prepare the body for a healthier lifestyle.
I take it 2 time estimate a day. Once in the morning and once at night.I did not have NY hey bowel movements like I was worried I would have with starting this.After a few days I have lost 3 pounds.
My mood is better I don't know I'd it was due to this tea or another product I am taking, maybe a combination of both either way I am not as snappy as I was or sad and feeling down on myself.I am hoping the weight continues and this is not just water weight.
I stopped drinking sodas increased water, started doing tae Bo exercises on you tube and following the Daniel diet, and is quite pleased with results so far. Keep me in your prayers for me to keep it up because I seem to stop something when I don't see immediate results..
