The older I get it seems I worry more about things than what I did when I was younger. Maybe because I have more bills and less money. Anyhoo, I was a bit hesitant and skeptical to try to be honest. WHAT IS IT USED FOR ?     Sleep disorders, anxiety, depression,migraines, fibromyalgia, adhd, pms, 

HOW DOES IT WORK?   5-HTP works in the brain and central nervous system by increasing the production of the chemical serotonin. Serotonin     can affect sleep, appetite, temperature, sexual behavior, and pain sensation. Since 5-HTP increases the synthesis of serotonin, it is used for several diseases where serotonin is believed to play an important role including depression, insomnia, obesity, and many other conditions.

SIDE EFFECTS?    I did not have any side effects when I took it. But according to web md there have been side effects recorded of getting e heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, sexual problems, and muscle problems. So I would talk with your doctor to make sure you can take this with any other medications you may be on.

I am such a fan of  Glucosamine for dogs. It helps rebuild the cartridge that is gone in older dogs. As with anything you add to your furry animals diet, you should talk to their vet. To see what is best for your pups. The bottle arrived as promised , quite a good size bottle. I was excited for the beef flavor would make it easy to give to the pups. Unfortunatly, The sniffed it put it in their mouths and dropped it on the floor. So they did not like the taste of the tablet. I have other chewable tablets that I have received and they must like the taste much better. 

Overall , everything that is in this product is great for dogs in my opinion . The dogs just had no part of taking this tablet.

It seems that after my son has hit puberty he has had a slight acne problem. At the beginning of it we did like most people do. Went to a dermatologist . It did start to clear the problem. I like how just a small amount about a pump and half goes along way on your skin.

Product does not feel greasy and dries quickly.

NO odor which I like . I do not like over powering smells. I do like clean smells.

I tend to get dark circles under my eyes. And after a few weeks I have noticed a slight effect of it being a tad lighter. I am hopeful that after using product longer I will see more results.

I have had trouble sleeping since I went from working 3rd shift to first shift.

Having to get up around 4 to 5 am on the days I have to work makes it difficult, Because of all the years I would be up all night. I do not like taking medications . SO the option of taking prescription pills was out of the question for me. I would take 1 capsule about 40 minutes before I am ready to go to sleep with a full glass of water. 1. A little goes a long way. So this product should last you a little over a month. If it does not you are over using the product or using too much.

I fell in love with this product immediately upon unboxing it the oven is heavy to hold heat in but not too heavy to lift,comes preseasoned so its no stick.Do not let the price fool you . I was worried about it being a thinner, cheaper cast iron like you get in mass retailer stores. But I am so thankful I was wrong. Very durable and thick cast iron. Love the lid. I also am buying the 10 inch cast iron skillet from them and hoping the lid fits the skillet too. The handles on each side makes it nice to hold . We have a cabin and it is not quite finished but there is a wood stove that we cook on the top portion. This is a great addition to bring when we travel there. I cooked beef stew and it was awesome. My hubby keeps trying to take this away from me. I guess I will have to get an additional set to keep there at the cabin,

I can't belive the quality of this pot, should outlast me and be treasured by my childrens children.

This is great quality cast iron skillet. I love how Utopia has taken the time for their customers to pre-season the skillet so it is ready to use right out of packaging.

The skillet is a good thickness and I like how they added the holder on the other side of the handle. This helps to hold it when you are carrying the pan. I love to eat cornbread that is baked in a cast iron skillet, maybe it is me but it just tastes so much better than a regular pan. So I was excited when I saw a promotion going on where I can purchase this for discounted price in exchange of an unbiased honest review, I jumped on the opportunity.I immediately preheated my oven to 350 and started my cornbread recipe.

I do the sweet cornbread so their is sugar. It did great did not stick to the cast iron except at the bottom. Which I do not know one that wont. But clean up was easy just under hot water with a brush and came right out.

This is the 3rd cast iron product I have gotten from Utopia and have not been disappointed yet. My husband is trying to take this one to our cabin but I am holding strong.:)

The skillet is just a little over a 10 inch skillet. I love how the lid to the dutch oven is interchangeable and fits this skillet.

Note:

You do not want to wash cast iron with soap and water. Just rinse under warm water and it is clean. Just make sure you dry it as soon as you rinse it to prevent any rust.

Guys right now would make a great christmas gift. And for the price under 20 bucks it  is well worth the price.

I was so excited to get this. My car I have now is not leather seats and does not have heated seats. The one I had before this one did and I miss that feature but not the payment. So this was a great way for me to have a warm toasty bun in the winter months when I drive to work at 5 am .

It fit nicely in my grand prix and easy to install by just by plugging in my cigarette lighter. Even on the high setting it is not to high and I love it. Does not take long at all to feel the warmth. I like where it has nice cushion on my butt . Very comfortable.

My husband is a hunter and we have a cabin in the woods that is intended for that purpose. I got this for him for Christmas, but due to hunting season and want to have our freezer fuller for the winter months. I decided to give this to him early. He loved it. To be honest, When I looked at it and felt it before I gave it to him , I was impressed. It is a very thick soft fleece material. Makes me think of the fleece blankets people make. And it has the things on both sides to adjust it to your face.. I know it will keep him warm. He is a larger man being 6 foot and around 240. It is hard to find things to fit him , They are either too large or too small. This one is great. He can adjust it to his liking.

The mask even comes with its own waterproof carrying case. Which makes it for easy storage and carrying.
You have a wide variety of choices of which kind you want. They are not all camo. But I did get 3 different one of theese. I got the snow camo. and 2 woodded camo.

My 2 furry children Dusty LePHew (boxer mix) and Precious Oreo, have been taking glucosamine in powder, liquid and tablet form. The tablet Florence of them works a lot better because I don't have to try to hide it to get them to eat it. Not knocking the powder form or the liquid form assist chewables a lot easier to administer them. For those that don't know glucosamine is very good for dogs. It helps rebuild the cartilage in the joints that start to deteriorate the older the dog guess whenever you take glucosamine it helps rebuild that cartilage and able to make the dogs more flexible and more active. I am a firm believer in glucosamine especially from what I can see with my dogs. Dusty prior to getting him he is an abused rescue dog is was hit by a car and his back leg and hip I was severely damaged since taking glucosamine about 6 months ago I can see a significant difference to where he's able to get up on things mainly furniture that I shouldn't be on more so than what he was able to do prior he is more active can run doesn't wine as much I can see a significant difference in him since taking glucosamine. With precious she is an older. She is 10 years older mainly 12 years now that she's gets around more so than what she use to she's able to play more she likes to run she gets tired a lot easier but a lot of people cannot believe that she's as old as she is I'm thankful to glucosamine for that I would like for her last few years that she may have on the earth with us a more enjoyable active life she's been a great dog and great addition to our family.

Brewers yeast is one of the inactive ingredients but I believe it is active brewers yeast is really good for my dog sit and she is allergic to please I'm talking about precious, even though I give her flea medication she does tend to itch and almost wants to pull her hair out I've tried so many different antibiotics and everything the vet seems to recommend but it adds to the problem. Since I have added Brewers used for hair is growing back she's a lot healthier and I know its bruised is that has helped us know me personally I believe Brewers he is is an active ingredient for skin and health on that it may be just considered as an active because it is more for the joint support everything I've seen in this for the ingredient is a very good healthy resume for your dog's diet I highly recommend this for any of your furry children.
The seller is very dedicated to her products you can tell that she loves her furry children I had a problem with a code that I had received to receive this product to get at a discount to try. And it had it did not work she went out of her way to keep getting it to where it would work for me and also was able to let a friend of mine that was not financially able to do the program I do and gave her a code as well that was just the sweetest thing ever and I'm so thankful that her dogs will be able to try it and if it does well with them which I'm sure it will all be able to get this product for her and her three children.
I like to do business with companies that do believe in their product and really do care even sent me a picture of her and for her children I'm very thankful and blessed to be able to meet her and try this product. I know there is a lot of hype of people that try products and just right out of review and I am NOT one of those people that just right out of review without time the product and I hope just because I receive this at a discount it does not take away anything from the joint support for dogs credibility. What a nice pillow. This would make a great gift for anyone,, good idea for that hard to buy person. It comes in a nice box with a plastic handle on the top of the box. That would make a great storage or travel.

Now for the pillow it is super soft it feels like a cloud on my husband has back problems and he even took this pillow from me so I'm going to have to purchase another one for me now.I have felt other memory foam pillows before and this one is the softest one I have ever felt. I don't see how you could not instantly fall asleep.
It is a wide size pillow so it does work with my standard pillowcase it is sick but not so stick that it bothers your head and neck. You do not sweat during sleep and it does allow an air flow simulation. Also it helps keep your neck and head level so it promotes blood circulation.
The pillow has a concealed zipper cover. The cover is breathable it is might an allergen proof cover and it has an extra cushion layer on top. It is velvet soft cotton durable and comfortable pillow in this office you will ever feel in my opinion.
I have had other memory pillows before and they are not soft at all it is very hard and its not comfortable if that's the kind of memory foam pillow you like then you would not be happy with this one because this one is not rock hard it is very soft it maintained my shape of my head without flattening come all the way down.
