I am a new user to baking mats. I am now a fan I love to use them with all my baking needs. You just put it over your baking sheet and place roll or cookies or whatever and put in oven. Easy to wash just put it in dishwasher or I wash it in the sink warm soapy water.
Can be stored easily by rolling up the mat and put it in drawer or put it back in box for storage.
This mat is very nice true to color and love how it has the rings to put your rolls on.
With silicone it will last longer and is heat resistant i think up to 500 degrees.
