What a nice pillow. This would make a great gift for anyone,, good idea for that hard to buy person. It comes in a nice box with a plastic handle on the top of the box. That would make a great storage or travel.
It surprised me to even see the purple ribbon that is all the way around the pillow what a nice little gesture I thought it was just for the picture as a selling point big you really do get the ribbon as you can see in my pictures.
Not only that you get a really nice comfortable sleep mask and to earplugs that gives you directions on how to use them just in case if you've never used one before that's pretty nice. Also you get a nice insert from smart arrest that thanks you and congratulate you for becoming a part of their family. On that insert it says that this pillow will be your partner for more than $2,500 each year also they ask if you do I get to post an honest review on Amazon and they would highly appreciate your feedback and if you have a bad experience with the pillow to contact the seller and they give you an email and I will take care of the problem for you. I like to see a company stand by the product and if you're not happy for them to go out of their way to fix it.

Now for the pillow it is super soft it feels like a cloud on my husband has back problems and he even took this pillow from me so I'm going to have to purchase another one for me now.I have felt other memory foam pillows before and this one is the softest one I have ever felt. I don't see how you could not instantly fall asleep.
It is a wide size pillow so it does work with my standard pillowcase it is sick but not so stick that it bothers your head and neck. You do not sweat during sleep and it does allow an air flow simulation. Also it helps keep your neck and head level so it promotes blood circulation.
The pillow has a concealed zipper cover. The cover is breathable it is might an allergen proof cover and it has an extra cushion layer on top. It is velvet soft cotton durable and comfortable pillow in this office you will ever feel in my opinion.
I have had other memory pillows before and they are not soft at all it is very hard and its not comfortable if that's the kind of memory foam pillow you like then you would not be happy with this one because this one is not rock hard it is very soft it maintained my shape of my head without flattening come all the way down.
The rebound time on the memory foam is 3 - 5 seconds it is 100% premium German quality memory foam. Also the memory foam pillow has a dual love designs and it is a high density memory foam it cradles the head well it relieves all the pressure point that my husband has around his neck and his shoulder blades he did not wake wake up stuff and snoring all night so he was able to get a very well rested sleep without it being interrupted.
That's probably why he took pillow from me to begin with.
They claim that it relieves pressure points reduces snoring and sinus problems cradles the head and molds to the head shape after my husband sleeping on the pillow and me personally sleeping on the pillow I agree 100% with every single segment my husband did not snore during his nap after 20 years of marriage I'm not been able to have sleep without being interrupted from my husband snoring and he's not had an interrupted sleep because of his snoring so for that itselfI'm very thankful to the pillow.

After reviewing this product I agree that it supports the head and along the spine and reduces back pain as far as improves the body posture and increases stability and mobility I really don't understand how the pillow can do that but that's just me.
I give this product a 5 star rating and highly recommend for everyone to have this as in addition to everone sleeping needs.
I did not notice any odor with this pillow is Captain shape and the pillow with not flat at any time while I was laying on it.
The company does offer a 5 year guarantee that the pillow is the same way it was when ever you first bought the product that's pretty nice that you have a company that stands by their product for at least 5 years that's impressive.
