First I must say I love the way this loose tea is packaged individually in to silk bags. Impressive that you can use one tea bag up to almost 5 times before you need to get another one. The tea made me feel very relaxed after a stressful day. As a southerner I like lots of sugar in my tea so I was a bit surprised when I tasted it without sugar and didn't need any. The taste is kinda like green tea but different. I slept like a baby. I received this product at a discount to give an honest review.
