| I have used this product for a few days and I like it. You drink a full glass of water 30 minutes before you eat. It did not make me feel boated or jittery at all. Also it did not make me feel like I needed to run to the bathroom. I only did as the package suggests of doing it before breakfast and lunch. So far I have lost a pound.
